Lee Andersen Seahorse Couture Gown
$ 4,500.00
This is a one-of-a-kind couture gown from designer Lee Andersen, custom-made in her Maryland studio for the cover of our autumn 2026 Sister Witch issue. It will fit S-M, and flares over the hips. It will fit a 32 to 36 bust and a 36 to 44 hip. The bodice is a dark purple stretchy slinky fabric embossed with leaf images. The gown also consists of layers of silk, lace, and embroidered chiffon, all hand-sewn with beads and various embellishments, including charming seahorse appliqués. Many of the fabrics were designed and created specifically for Lee. The gown is dry clean only.
Lee normally charges up to $8,000 for hr gowns, but has allowed us to offer it to our readers for $4,500.
Have you ever dreamed of being a mermaid or of dancing on the sea floor? Well, you may not have fins for feet, but this dress may come close to fulfilling your dreams. Seaweed-colored stretch velvet flatters the figure while sea creatures dance down the front of the gown toward layers of watery fabrics and embroideries in hues of green, blue, and purple.
